herniation of cuff of single ETT may happen especialy when using a disposable tube more than single use which may lead to increase possibilty of herniation of cuff & this may cause decrease air entry to both lungs with increase airway pressure & hence reduction in SPO2
so it`s very important to inflate the cuff slowly & low volume than needed in more than one use ETT
