    Specialists Without Borders (SWB) is an Australia-based non-profit organisation with the aim of improving health outcomes and enhancing the sustainability of medical service provision in developing countries. The organisation provides specialist-led training programs for health-care personnel, as well as fundraises for the development of health-care facilities.
    SWB co-ordinates an international body of medical specialists committed to the provision of medical education and the promotion of sustainable health care solutions.

    I hope specialists in Iraq (mosul) register their membership though the SWB webiste and coordinate with the specialists in Australia to organize a visit to Iraq - share experience and deliver educational programmes / training to residents in Iraq in different specialties.

    ]Their targets are disadvantaged areas, speaking to one Australian surgeon who has been to Africa to train surgical residents and perform complicated surgical operations their, mentioned that they have been to North of Iraq, which they thought was developed and financially supported that they haven't had to do much.
    But Mosul is probably different
